1. Preside over the quality management work, and be responsible for the work results of quality management

3. Develop quality objectives and quality plans, and organize their implementation after approval

4. Organized and formulated product quality inspection standards, responsible for the quality control of purchased parts and products, and responsible for batch accidents

5. Responsible for quality planning of design and development activities;

6. Participate in the advance planning of new product development, and review the scientificity and rationality of product design and process

7. Organize and implement quality statistics, and be responsible for the authenticity and reliability of statistical data

8. Lead, manage, guide, supervise, inspect and assess the work of directly subordinate

9. Have the right to investigate, analyze and put forward treatment opinions on all kinds of product quality accidents

10. Exercise veto power over quality issues

11. Regularly report quality inspection results to relevant departments, formulate corrective and preventive measures for existing quality problems and organize their implementation

12. Have the right to stop the production behavior that does not conform to the process regulations and requirements

13. Have the right to decide on the assessment, rewards and punishments of the staff of the department

14. Responsible for training all staff on quality management system and improving quality awareness

15. Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3, QSB+ and other quality standards, and promote and apply them

1. At least 2 years working experience in auto parts;

2. College degree or above;

3. Age 28-40.
